Shipping
We have set up the most efficient and cost effective (FREE) shipping for our customers; however, please keep in mind that most USPS deliveries happen Monday through Fridays (in some states on Saturdays), excluding some holidays.
We process orders Monday through Friday. Orders will be processed within 2-4 business days of ordering and shipped once they are processed. Please note that we DO NOT process or ship orders on weekends and only ship within the US.
We cannot take responsibility for any lost/stolen packages that are successfully delivered to the address of record provided to us in your order as well as any customs or shipping fees for products that are returned to FNGINC.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary as we have a variety of suppliers & fulfillment centers in numerous locations. The average shipping time is 3-7 Business Days. Some items may take longer, depending on the location of the supplier.
Return/Refund Policy
We offer a 15-day return policy on all items, unless specifically noted on the product or below. All returned items must be in the original shape and have no odors or debris on them.
Once returned, we will issue a credit to the original form of purchase.
RETURNS: Not all items are returnable. Face Masks, Shoes, Swimwear are just a few that are NOT returnable.

Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order before it ships by emailing support@fnginc.com. PLEASE NOTE: If the item has already been processed and mailed, please mail the item(s) to the FNGINC address below. Once the order has been received, we will process your full refund. Due to the free shipping on all orders, the customer will be responsible for the cost of the order.
